A: It takes 6-10 weeks to have the mould manufactured depending on the mould structure and the number of cavity (single or multi) after you approved our mould drawing. Jtp Mould is located in Huangyan, Zhejiang, China. It only takes 40 minutes from Luqiao Airport and takes only 10 minutes from Taizhou train station. We enjoy the convenient transportation in our city.
Jtp Mould is known as one of the best manufacturers and exporters for plastic injection moulds for household articles, chair mould, pallet mould, crate mould, automotive mould and so on. Our moulds are mainly exported to Italy, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Argentina, Colombia, India, Malaysia, Philippines and other 20 countries.
We have a full range of CNC machining centers, large gantry milling machines, vertical milling machines, CNC engraving Machines, electric spark(EDM), wire-cutters, etc. We have advanced technology for CAD / CAM / CAE design and rich experiences in mould making.
